Personalise your gadgets with Viwawa Merchandise!

Lately, we've been getting quite a few orders for our Viwawa Merchandise (Login required).

But they cannot be processed without our gamers completing the payment. Here is a quick note on how to checkout your special merchandise, and get them sent to you!

Step 1: Design your Merchandise skins

1. Select the gadget you want to skin.
2. Select the background for the skin.
3. Drag and drop your wawas unto the skin, if required.
4. Drag and drop any text unto the skin, if required.
5. Remember to save your merchandise.
6. Click 'Checkout' if you decide to buy this skin.

Step 2: Checkout your Merchandise skins

1. Select the saved merchandise you want to buy.
2. Enter your information. The skins will be sent there.
3. Define your payment mode, either by PayPal / Credit Card, or Cheque.
4. Submit your order.

Step 3: Confirming your payment
Your order will not be processed until you have completed the payment.

Payment via PayPal / Credit Card If you have selected to pay via PayPal or Credit Card, you will be brought here. Download the invoice for this 'Pending' Order. To complete the transaction, click here to be redirected to PayPal for payment.

Payment via Cheque If you have selected to pay via Cheque, you will be brought here. Download the invoice for this 'Pending' Order. To complete the transaction, send the cheque to the aforementioned address with the specified amount.

Step 4: Checking your invoices
You can check your past invoices to see if they are confirmed.

1. Click on this icon to browse your invoices.
2. If the invoices are still unpaid, you can delete them.
3. Click on the invoices to download.
4. Pay the pending invoices.

Upon successful payment, or on receiving the cheque, we will proceed with processing the invoice.
